1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SSD Creative Firm by SS Dilanka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All design assets, strategies, and creative concepts produced during a project remain the intellectual property of SSD Creative Firm until full and final payment has been made:

• Final Deliverables: Upon final payment, full ownership rights to approved final designs are transferred to the client.
• Unused Concepts: Unused logo, layout, or branding concepts remain the exclusive property of SSD Creative Firm.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed design projects within our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise via a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Project Scope & Revisions

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions, which varies depending on the nature of the project. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra service charges.
• Project completion timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and asset submissions provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to adhere to the payment structure outlined in their project proposal or invoice:

• A non-refundable deposit—typically around 50%—is required prior to commencing any creative or strategic work.
• Final design assets will be delivered upon receipt of full payment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits: The upfront deposit required to start a project is strictly non-refundable, as it covers initial resource allocation and planning time.
• Cancellations: If a client cancels a project midway, they will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

6. Client Responsibilities & Delays

• Content Submission: The client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and project details in a timely manner.
• Inactive Projects: If a project remains inactive for more than 30 consecutive days due to a lack of response or feedback from the client, SSD Creative Firm reserves the right to pause the project or charge a re-activation fee to resume work.

7. Third-Party Assets & Licenses

Any additional expenses incurred for third-party licensed fonts, stock photography, plugins, or software required for the project shall be borne by the client (upon prior agreement).

8. Print & Production Approvals

• Final Proofing: It is the client's sole responsibility to thoroughly proofread and verify all text, spelling, phone numbers, and contents prior to final printing or publishing.

SSD Creative Firm is not liable for any printing or production errors after final client approval has been given.

9. Limitation of Liability

SSD Creative Firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our design services, client-provided files, images, website content, or published digital materials.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any project that involves illegal, offensive, harmful, or copyright-infringing content at our sole discretion.

11. Website Usage & Data Privacy

All text, designs, and images on this website are the property of SSD Creative Firm and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Any personal information (such as name, email, or phone number) submitted through our website is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies may be used to enhance user experience.

12. Modifications to Terms

SSD Creative Firm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
