Tharunaya Magazine
A Decade of Creative Evolution & Visual Excellence
My long-standing journey with Tharunaya, one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic youth tabloid magazines, spans nearly a decade of visual storytelling and layout mastery. My career at Tharunaya evolved through key creative milestones—starting as a dedicated Photo Editor, advancing to Layout Designer, and ultimately serving as the Visual Content Designer steering the visual identity of the publication.
End-to-End Publication & Cover Artistry
For nearly ten years, I conceptualized and crafted the main cover designs along with multi-page feature spreads. My role went far beyond static layout design; I integrated photographic artistry, editorial aesthetics, and custom graphics to ensure each issue resonated with the dynamic pulse of the island’s youth culture.
